Cookie Notice

Cookies are small data files stored or read by a browser or device. Similar technologies can recognise a session, remember choices, measure events, support security or help understand how a service is used. Some expire when the browser closes; others remain until expiry or deletion.

• Strictly necessary: authentication, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention, consent records and other functions needed to provide a requested service.
• Preferences: language, region, display and other choices that improve continuity.
• Analytics and performance: audience measurement, diagnostics, feature use and service improvement.
• Advertising and attribution: campaign measurement, referral attribution and, where permitted, delivery or limitation of relevant advertising.

The elibribroker-analytics-consent local-storage record keeps the current analytics choice and policy version for up to 12 months. It is used only to honour that choice and remains necessary even when optional analytics is rejected.

Google Analytics 4 and PostHog are the current optional analytics providers. Their browser code loads only after analytics is accepted. Google Analytics measures the public marketing site and may set first-party _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies for up to two years; PostHog measures the product journey using a random device identifier and, after sign-in, a stable pseudonymous analytics identifier. They receive projected page context and allowlisted interactions, not form contents, credentials, trading or payment identifiers, KYC information or exact financial values. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation, PostHog autocapture and session recording remain disabled.

A first-party cookie is set for an Elibri Broker domain. A third-party technology is supplied by another organisation, such as a security, analytics, communications, payment or advertising provider. That provider may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Where consent is required, non-essential technologies are used according to the choices recorded in the cookie banner or settings centre. You can withdraw or change consent for future use through the same control.

Browser or device settings may block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies can prevent login, security checks, saved settings and parts of the Website from working. Deleting cookies may also remove recorded preferences and require the consent banner to reappear.

Cookie-related data may include identifiers, IP address, browser and device characteristics, page and event information, approximate location, referral source and consent choices. Use, disclosure, transfers and rights are further described in the Privacy Notice.
