Read this proposed Notice with the Deposit Terms and Payment Instructions, Customer Terms of Business, Refund and Cancellation Policy and AML/KYC statement. The asset, network, quoted amount, address, reference and expiry shown for the specific payment request control the payment instructions.
01 / 06
Supported asset and network
Send only the cryptoasset on the exact blockchain network displayed for your current request. Tokens with the same name can exist on different networks. A transfer to a wrong address or network, or without a required memo or tag, may be irreversible or unrecoverable. Check every character before sending.
02 / 06
Unique payment instructions
Use the address and payment reference generated for the current request. Do not reuse an old address, send a second transfer after the request expires, or rely on an address copied from email, chat or a third-party page. If the current checkout does not show a valid instruction, stop and contact support.
03 / 06
Quotes, fees and mismatched amounts
The checkout may show a time-sensitive quote, minimum amount and expected crypto amount. Blockchain fees and any provider conversion or processing charge may reduce the amount received. Asset prices and exchange rates may change before confirmation. Sending too little, too much, a different asset or payment after expiry may require provider review and may not be credited at the originally displayed rate.
Do not attempt to correct a mismatch by sending another transaction unless the current payment instructions expressly allow it. Contact support with the request identifier and transaction hash instead.
04 / 06
Confirmations and final credit
Broadcasting a transaction or seeing it in a block explorer is not confirmation that the deposit is complete. Network confirmations, provider processing, UpTrader status and any compliance review must finish before the wallet or account is finally credited. Check the final status in the Client area; do not trade against an uncredited amount.
05 / 06
Ownership, compliance and returns
Use a crypto wallet you control and be ready to provide lawful ownership and source-of-funds evidence. We or the provider may hold or reject a transaction for sanctions, fraud, AML, unsupported asset or technical reasons. A return is not automatic: blockchain transfers cannot ordinarily be reversed, and any return depends on verification, provider capabilities and applicable law.
Never disclose a private key, seed phrase or full wallet credentials to Elibri or a payment provider. Support may request a transaction hash and non-secret proof, not control of your wallet.

Provider information and incident reporting
If the checkout identifies NOWPayments, review its current payment terms and instructions before sending. Provider availability, supported assets, network minimums, expiry and refund handling can change; this draft does not promise a particular asset, rate, confirmation time or recovery outcome.
Report an incorrect network, wrong amount, expired request or missing credit promptly to partners@elibribroker.com with the request identifier, asset, network, amount, time and transaction hash. Do not send another payment while the first is being investigated.
