Eligibility and access
Catalogue access depends on the Client’s status, country, account standing, stock and technical availability. Items displayed to one Client may not be available to another. We may require the Client to confirm separate item or provider terms before ordering.
Where local restrictions require services to be provided only following a Client’s independent initiative, the Client represents that access and contact were initiated without prohibited solicitation.

Reward Points
Reward Points are an internal promotional unit posted under the earning rules shown in the Client area. Pending Points may become available only after the underlying activity is verified and no longer reversible.
- Points have no monetary or stored-value status;
- Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, pledged or exchanged for cash;
- errors, reversals and ineligible activity may be corrected;
- Points can be locked during inactivity or review; and
- Points may expire or be removed after the inactivity period displayed in the Client area.

Ordering a reward
An order is a request until accepted. The required Points are reserved or deducted when the request is submitted. We may verify identity, address, eligibility and availability before acceptance.
If the selected item cannot be supplied, we may restore Points, offer a comparable item or ask the Client to choose another reward. No cash substitute is required. Images, colours, dimensions and descriptions are illustrative unless stated as guaranteed specifications.

Delivery and activation
Digital items may be delivered by email, Client area, activation code or provider account. Physical items are delivered to an eligible verified address by an available carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
The Client is responsible for accurate details, lawful import, availability to receive delivery and any taxes or duties stated as the Client’s responsibility. Risk in a physical item passes on confirmed delivery to the supplied address or authorised collection point.
Visible package damage or shortage should be documented and reported promptly, preferably before or during opening. We may request photographs, packaging, carrier records, serial numbers or a provider inspection.

Faults, substitutions and returns
Manufacturer or provider warranty terms apply where supplied. We may coordinate a repair, replacement, re-performance or restoration of Points depending on the item, fault, local law and provider process.
A change of mind does not automatically create a return right for a personalised, activated, digital, perishable or hygiene-sensitive reward. Any mandatory consumer right remains unaffected.
06 / 09
Prohibited conduct
- creating artificial trading or transactions to generate Points;
- using related or duplicate profiles to multiply entitlements;
- reselling or commercially distributing rewards where prohibited;
- tampering with vouchers, codes, delivery evidence or programme records; and
- using fraud, misrepresentation, chargebacks or technical exploitation.
We may hold an order, recalculate Points, cancel a reward, recover its value from programme balances, suspend access or terminate participation when misuse or error is reasonably identified.
07 / 09
Data sharing
We may give a fulfilment, subscription, warranty, customs or delivery provider the minimum identity, contact, order and address information required to supply a reward. Processing is governed by the Privacy Notice and may also be subject to the provider’s notice.
08 / 09
Catalogue changes and termination
We may change the item range, Point price, earning multiplier, availability, eligibility and fulfilment method. A change applies to future orders after publication; an already accepted order may still be changed where supply, legal or force-majeure circumstances make performance impracticable.
On account or catalogue termination, unused Points and unaccepted orders normally lapse or are cancelled without cash compensation, except where mandatory law or an express confirmation requires otherwise.

Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect loss, loss caused by inaccurate delivery information, delay outside reasonable control, misuse of an item, or a provider defect handled under the applicable warranty.
